Floating fish food pelletizer and dryer sent to Croatia
A fish farmer in Croatia has purchased a DGP-70 floating fish food pelletizer machine and a dryer to produce fish feed for his own fish ponds. Two machines have now been manufactured and successfully shipped to Croatia.
From buying fish feed to making it independently
The customer already had his own fishpond and needed a reliable way to prepare feed for daily fish farming.
Buying ready-made fish feed was convenient, but the recurring cost became a burden over time. Instead of continuing to depend entirely on commercial suppliers, he considered producing fish feed himself.
His main requirements were straightforward:
- Produce floating fish feed pellets suitable for fish farming.
- Achieve a production capacity that meets his daily feeding needs.
- Dry freshly extruded pellets for better storage.
Based on these requirements, we recommended a DGP-70 floating fish food pelletizer machine together with a 150 kg/h fish feed dryer.

The fish feed pellet machine was also supplied with molds and cutting blades, giving the customer different pellet size options for his fish farming needs.
Machine production and customer confirmation
After the order was confirmed, we arranged production of the fish feed pellet machine and dryer according to the agreed configuration.
Once both machines were completed, we took photos of the finished equipment and sent them to the Croatian customer for confirmation. This allowed him to check the machines and their configuration before shipment.
